I see it all first hand and so I too have seen totally inappropriate NP practices. And I continue to believe that pharmacists have an education in medication therapy that NP simply DO NOT HAVE. I do laugh at this article…pretty funny take on it all.

NP’s provide quality care and have been doing so for decades. NP’s are not in practice to replace physicians, so know what you are talking about before speaking. And by the way, I’ve had pharmacists verify meds that were totally inappropriate for the patient situation, as a nurse with clinical experience I caught these errors.
