This is so true. You can’t hear anything. Most of the time it’s completely pointless to even use it and I am basically just going through the motions so that I could bill for a physical exam.

Funny! The ones we used at KD were actually pretty good; can’t remember if murmurs were heard but rhonchi and wheezes were audible
My rule is that if you can’t hear it with a cheap stethescope forget it.
